This composite board adopts a galvanized color steel sheet as outer protective surface, with dense rock wool fiber as core filling material. The rock wool inner core is made of natural basalt fiber, featuring A-class non-combustible fireproof performance, high-temperature resistance and sound absorption effects to block flame spread and reduce indoor noise transmission. The thickness of this model is 50mm, achieving balanced lightweight structure and heat preservation performance to effectively lower air conditioning and heating energy consumption inside buildings. The interlocking side notch design enables tight seamless splicing between panels, preventing cold bridge, air leakage and dust penetration.
The R&D team completed fire resistance, constant temperature insulation and anti-corrosion aging tests to optimize rock wool fiber density and color steel anti-rust coating. Custom panel thicknesses (50/75/100mm), surface steel patterns and overall lengths are available for OEM bulk orders for cleanroom engineering contractors and construction material distributors. Compared with ordinary EPS foam panels, rock wool core material eliminates fire hazards and meets strict fire protection standards for industrial production spaces.
To meet the growing global demand for fire-safe energy-saving construction materials, the factory will upgrade continuous sandwich panel production line in Q4 2026. The enterprise will keep developing rock wool insulated panels, PU cold room panels and purification enclosure composite boards worldwide.
